Krav Maga is Hebrew for melee combat. Krav Maga is the official self-defense system of the IDF (Israeli Defense Force). Krav Maga is a highly effective self-defense system, until recently a secret system, known only to the security agents of three Israeli intelligence services (Mossad, Shabak, Aman) and members of Elite units within the Israeli military.
