Who is responsible for processing your data?

GoodMood Breda is a project organized by Tedoen Kunstprojecten and B in Motion.
These two organizations are jointly responsible (joint controllers) for processing the personal data collected through the GoodMood Breda website and activities.

The two organizations have entered into an agreement as joint controllers under Article 26 GDPR. This agreement sets out how tasks and responsibilities are divided, and which party acts as the main contact point for data subjects. For questions or requests regarding your data, you can always reach us at info@goodmoodbreda.nl – your request will then be handled on behalf of both parties.

What data do we collect?
Depending on how you use the website and activities, we may process:

  • Name and email address (for account registration and contact form).
  • Payment status and transaction details (via Mollie; we do not store full bank or card details ourselves).
  • Activities you register for and/or cancel.
  • Any communication you have with us via email or contact form.

For what purpose do we use your data?

We use your data for:

  • Creating and managing your GoodMood account.
  • Processing your activity registrations.
  • Processing Premium account payments.
  • Sending confirmations, reminders, and entry passes (email/QR code).
  • Sending newsletters and Premium updates (only with your consent or as part of your Premium account).
  • Administrative purposes (such as invoices and payment confirmations).
  • Responding to questions submitted via the contact form or email.

Your data will not be used for other purposes and will never be sold to third parties.

On what legal basis do we process your data?
We only process your personal data if permitted under the GDPR:

  • Consent – for example, for sending newsletters.
  • Performance of a contract – for example, your participation in activities or purchasing a Premium account.
  • Legal obligation – for example, for our financial administration.
  • Legitimate interest – for example, to inform you about changes regarding your registrations.

How long do we retain your data?
Account and registration data: as long as your account is active and up to 2 years thereafter.

  • Invoice and payment data: 7 years, in line with statutory retention requirements.
  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

Where is your data stored?
